Dam to St Joseph summit and home via foster rd w/Gordy. HR is still spiky on the uphill but it's getting better. The spikes are much closer to my max number and I'm learning how to manage the effort better. Cloudy and overcast... cool... A great running day.

Worcester Park and Dam loop w/Gordy. One of those days where I felt really tired but my HR was low and I had a hard time keeping it in the zone. I think these days are more beneficial than the days where the HR is too high.
