lots of soreness and pain in lower back, hips, hamstrings, and quads... especially the lower back. almost unbearable. just didn't have it today. i'll rest up and start again monday, nothing else to do.

ep. home to memorial x2 & extra. feeling very sluggish and still a bit sore. don't know if it's the training or post-massage effects. likely a combination.

40 min treadmill - 15% incline (max) at 15:00 pace

25 min stairs - got completely worked by the stairs. completely. worked. at least i now know what i have to work on.

same route as monday, to memorial x2 & change. cool, windy and wet. but, i overdressed and got overheated. still a good run and i did one of the middle miles at tempo in 6:55. not too bad. i need to string 3 or 5 of those together eventually, though.

@ sabine. negative split. sprinkled the whole 2nd loop. a little cold, never could get warm with the wind and rain, but a real nice run.

home to memorial x2 and change. in the rain, but not bad at all. it was nice and cool. felt pretty good considering the jump in miles over the last 2 weeks.
