First run in about 6 weeks that wasn't at least an hour. bunion pain started last week on the right foot, likely just due to higher mileage and the fact that it's an f-ing bunion. then right side ankle pain started friday, likely from from a mild strain due to its compensating for painful foot-strike because of the the bunion. yesterday, ankle pain was a lot worse and the right calf started hurting, likely from compensating for my weak-ass girlie ankle.
today, it turned into what has to be a moderate calf strain. after about a mile of running with real calf pain, the achilles and hamstring started seizing up and threatening to go. i had to shut everything down and walk home.
rest today and tomorrow and test it on thursday. this is NOT the time for this shit.
