Huntsville S.P. 20 mile loop with Miles. felt pretty good today. never got too tired or bonky. it was tremendously hot, though, and the ice and cold water at Park Road were very welcome.

memorial. just went out to loosen up and shake out after a hard week back running. as well as, before a hard, long day tomorrow at huntsville. started to feel a little fatigued so i only ran 4.5 and walked the last .5 miles home.

Still sore from Monday so I didn't push as hard as perhaps I should have but I was still well below 5K pace.

KW - difficult start back to training, but the overcast and rainy weather made it, if not exactly fun, then more than bearable.
