HCM trails. 4 miles on my own in the morning at 8 min. pace. the rest with htrex on the trails. Hips are really tight and hurting. I think it's mainly an IT band issue.

Memorial+. nice weather, easy run. felt really, really stiff and kind of tired for the first two miles or so. started to loosen up after that. good recovery day overall and i'm still trying to stick to the plan of running easier on my off days.

KW. odd day at KW. felt absolutely horrible on the run over. not great on the 2 mile loop. but, i ended up feeling ok for the workout. certainly not good, but considering how i felt on the way over, it was a surprise.
