Memorial. Two loops plus out and back from the middle parking area by the softball fields. Ran a nice easy pace before meeting the group. Tried to keep energy levels constant and not stop at all. So, mission accomplished but it was slow going.

HCM trails with the group. Had to bail early but I was able to push pretty hard from Crestwood to the car along memorial.

Memorial. Since memorial is only 2.9 miles, when I only run one loop I always run an extra 30-35 seconds, depending on my pace, to get it as close to 3 as not... Hot as balls today.

HCM trails. endless/green back to water hose. Very fatigued this afternoon. Had to throw in several short walks... like 15-20 seconds or so. Not much walking but it adds up...

Memorial. Got too hot and had to walk for 4 full minutes in total but otherwise my pace was pretty decent. Felt pretty tired after a very long, hot weekend.

Gym. circuit training. hurt my toe a little on the lunges, but it's better already.
