Memorial. A shake-out, easy run just around the Memorial loop. Just trying to focus on consistency and getting some fitness back. First half mile was a little rough on both hamstrings because they were both sore from yesterday. But, after that everything settled down and felt fine. I purposely decided to run short today and walk to memorial and back just to make sure that I don't jump back into things too quickly.
