To/from Memorial.

Memorial. A shake-out, easy run just around the Memorial loop. Just trying to focus on consistency and getting some fitness back. First half mile was a little rough on both hamstrings because they were both sore from yesterday. But, after that everything settled down and felt fine. I purposely decided to run short today and walk to memorial and back just to make sure that I don't jump back into things too quickly.

Memorial. First run trying to get back from the hamstring. A couple of twinges but they resolved pretty quickly. Lots of prophylactic ice after the run. There's some pretty mild soreness but mostly it feels pretty good. Just going to run slow and short every day for a week and see if I can get a little consistency on it. No yoga, weights, or speed for at least another week.
