HCM trails. Gorgeous morning and big group. Finished up with about 3 fast miles going up to the polo grounds and around a huge loop of dirt roads. Soft and quite fast. Best morning in a long time.

Memorial. Ran until the hamstring pain started, which was about right at 3 miles. The pain wasn't bad at all, just a tightening and soreness that may or may not have become worse. So, I just walked home. No reason to push on running once the pain started. More ice and ibuprofen.
Weights/Gym30:00 [3]
Gym. Went a little heavier and slower. Split squats at home: 2 x 15 each leg with no weight.

Memorial. In the immortal words of the sage, Bananarama, "It's a cruel (it's a cruel), cruel summer..." How can it stay THIS hot for THIS long?
Back to basics after a hamstring flare-up. Easy 5 mile. Everything hurts from hips, to hammie, to ITB, to calf, to ankle, to lower back, and all points in between. A complete shit year running-wise for me.

Sabine. Run/Walk. Started off as a run but everything was hurting. Hips were killing me, felt like I had sciatica, ITBS, and pretty good hamstring soreness all rolled into one run. Sucked! I need to get back to yoga pretty soon.
