Trails. Big group running at the triangle and then out to the highway. Felt good and it was lots of fun to run with a big group again.

Memorial. Easy-pace but cardio-intensive run. These are the runs I need to make sure and keep up with in order to get that cardio fitness back. That 8:30-ish pace is the sweet spot.

Memorial. Started out too fast to try and keep warm. I knew I should've slowed down but I decided to push a little and try to hold a steady pace. I was dying hard by the end but I managed to hold on and finish on pace. I still have a long way to go to get back some fitness. My next two runs are going to be slow and easy.
