Hills at cloverleaf. Legit workout today. The first uphill after the "mile" was brutal but for some reason the legs came around and I managed to run the 2nd set :30 sec faster than the first. I have no idea how that happened but I'm not going to overthink it! This is an old KW workout we did a couple years ago and I remember thinking at the time how ridiculous it was. Nothing's changed.
