Hills at cloverleaf. Legit workout today. The first uphill after the "mile" was brutal but for some reason the legs came around and I managed to run the 2nd set :30 sec faster than the first. I have no idea how that happened but I'm not going to overthink it! This is an old KW workout we did a couple years ago and I remember thinking at the time how ridiculous it was. Nothing's changed.

10 min. continuous uphill, walk the steep downhill. Med-med/hard effort. (Got 6 hills in 10:30)
2 min rest
1 cloverleaf mile at as close to 5k pace as possible. 6:20 for .96 mile (6:35 pace)
2 min rest
10 min. continuous uphill, walk the steep downhill. Med-med/hard effort. (6 hills in 10 flat)
