Hills. 8 x 2 cloverleafs. Run medium to med/hard up hills, walk steep downs, slow jog between cloverleafs. 16x hills total. Actually a pretty good workout. Cooler weather didn't hurt, either.
Memorial w/Gordy. Weird day that couldn't decide if it was going to be warm or cool. Plus, for the past two weeks the dog has been going through some big teenage rebellious phase and he does pretty much the opposite of everything he knows that he's supposed to do or not do. The run was just awkward and never smooth but we got it done.
Sabine loop. Ran the loop while NB went to some forced labor camp where apparently they make boots. Beautiful cool and clear morning for a run. A much longer weekday run than I'm used to but still a really nice day.
