Run 3:36:24 [3] 19.5 mi (11:06 / mi)
shoes: Inov8 Trailroc 255

LST Four-notch loop x2. Really nice trail in good shape but somewhere around mile 14 I cratered hard. Went in with the idea of not taking any gels to induce a mild-ish bonk so my body would get better at burning fat. But, I had to break down and take one with about an hour left. The HSP 20-mile loop is further and definitely harder but I've never felt that worked after running at HSP before. I don't know what happened really but overall it was still a nice morning out on the trail.

Run 31:32 [2] 4.0 mi (7:53 / mi)
shoes: Kinvara 3 - blue/orange

Memorial. Just a short little shake-out to make sure I get my 40 this week, since I missed Tuesday's run. Getting warm out there.

Run 47:45 [2] 6.0 mi (7:58 / mi)
shoes: Kinvara 3 - blue/orange

Memorial. Nice day, mostly felt fine, but I had super-low energy for some reason. The whole run felt like a monumental effort.

Run 53:20 [2] 6.0 mi (8:53 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 2 - grey/red

Home-Green out and back. Trails with Gordy. Beautiful day and Gordy was feeling good. He was hurdling and sprinting around like a crazy man. Fun day out. Hit it pretty hard on the out and back road part, getting down to about 7:30 or so.

Note
(rest day)

Had lots of errands and wasn't feeling like running on a very, very odd day.

Run 48:09 [2] 6.0 mi (8:02 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Pure Drift - Blue

Memorial w/Gordy. Gorgeous weather this morning. The cool, dry air put a spring in the little guy's step and we had a pretty enjoyable run.
