Memorial w/Gordy. Continuing the down week but honestly it doesn't feel any easier. Gordy ran 3 consecutive days for the first time. He ran well today but I could tell he was a little tired. He has 3 days off, though, and we'll start back slow on Monday.

Memorial w/Gordy. Little dude was on fire today. First mile was like 8:30 and last mile was 7:25. The cool overcast weather, wind blowing in his face, and lots of attention from the ladies (as well as, a big group of bike cops in training and a couple of cute canines) had him smiling and running hard. For my part, I felt a lot better than yesterday. Most of the tightness and soreness was gone.

Memorial w/Gordy. The first two mile were excruciating. I was still incredibly tight all over from Saturday's run. After two miles, everything seemed to just kind of release and I started feeling a lot better. But, I was so tired from fighting all the pain and discomfort of the first two miles that I stopped early at only 5 miles. I'll use this as a down week after having three consecutive higher mileage weeks.
