Run 1:15:25 [2] 7.5 mi (10:03 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 5 - Black

Sabine loop w/Miles. Felt rough from the first step after all the travel and limited sleep. But, held up well until halfway. Then fell apart. I'm just really tired and need to catch up on rest. Considering all the factors, it could've been worse. Hopefully I'll get back on track by Monday.

Run 33:05 [2] 4.0 mi (8:16 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 5 - Black

LGCT - north bound. Tried to shake out the cobwebs but it didn't really work. It ended up being a pretty so-so run and I never really felt good. Probably the effects of the hills and harder running from the day before.

Run 1:00:42 [2] 7.0 mi (8:40 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 5 - Black

Cottage to St Joseph's Hill OSP - Explored the trails starting in town and into the preserve. Mostly huge double-track or fire road. Lots of MTB'ers and hikers but not too many runners. A few really nice single-track trails but not very many. Some nice climbs. None seem to go on for more than 1- 2.5 miles but they're all pretty steep. I was hoofing it for the first and last miles to and from the trails... and the last 2 - 2.5 miles on the trails were steep downhill... I was moving pretty well. Tremendous find. I love the place.

Run 38:25 [2] 5.0 mi (7:41 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 5 - Black

Cottage to SB LGCT to Lexington dam and back. For the first time, I was able to run south on the trail from downtown - thanks daylight! It was nice. All open fire road with one big climb up to the dam. Very cool and all I packed was a singlet... All the time off and the cold let me run faster than I have in a while. Very big negative split. I smelled coffee at the barn...
