ran some of the most technical rocky, icy trail in really harsh conditions ( ice storm, high winds at about 5,300 ft elevation on mt rogers, va) and really slushy snow and mud at about 4000 on the decent.

ran 13 miler this morning on pavement in my neighborhood. 40F windy and raining. wasn't the most pleasant experience but I just kept telling myself how much easier this spring and summer would be because I ran today.
