Dirty Duo 50K trail. 7th/19 women. 2nd/6 age Practice pacing and nutrition on 1st 50 K this year. Kept heart rate comfortable. Took it easy up, had fun down and strided a nice 8-9 min mile on flats. Snow/slush sucked, but felt good, quads good. Only a few calf cramps at end. Great training run. AMAZING group of athletes showed up for the event. wow'd by all the talent out there.
