Buntzen->Sasamat->Woodhaven->Belcarra->Jug Island (10 miles exactly). Took road back to Sasamat to keep it under 4 hrs. Still coughing damn it! New runner in the group very fast- totally pushed me. Metal plate in tibia sore at end- gotta get that out one day.
