CHUCKANUT . PLanned on steady Eddie , not going too hard due to recent cold ( and watching SI joint). Pleased with sub 6 hr. Beautiful views up top, but I ( and ITB) hated the flat 10 km in and out, as well as the forestry road long downhill. Sinuses much clearer post - drank huge ants of water
