Burnaby lake loopX2. First time there- Not used to flat trail! Recovery run from last weekends 5 hr. Kicked it up at the last 1/4 to sub 7min miles for fun- quads had nothing to give. First lap 9 min/ mile(56.24) Second lap 8 min /mile or faster (51.20 w cooldown).
