hilly around Buntzen,academy switchbacks, powerline. Got bored on powerline and legs tired so went home- did similar route 2 wks ago (-DV). Had to get drywalling done anyway.

run with speed intervals at track. Stiff after taking 'long run' off. Won't do that again. Steel plate in leg giving me problems on pavement. grrrr. Husband had a great run today. Great to see.
