Run golden ears w MR gang. Incline trail, Menzies trail, and I don't know from there.

lakevew w. flooding detours. 5 min slower than two weeks ago but felt MUCH better after : )

Intense bike intervals- 7 mi , stairmaster, and rower. Gave equivalent milage would run in same time.
