Mothers day 5 k. Piriformis and calf Cramped up at start so ran w. daughter. Slowest 5 km ever!
Thinkin' I need another break. Haven't had a break/really easy week since November!

warmup- should have warmed up for 20-30 mins!

Solo 4 hr run cuz weekend too busy to fit one in. Lakeview, with hill repeat at end, buntzen, then powerhike toward saddle. Slow, sore, sluggish in the heat- but pleased I pushed through.
