Bush orienteering The Range. Hard medium course. Hot and sunny. Being vetter I had visited all the control sites so had an advantage. Hadn't run the medium course so still had to navigate and went a different route choice if I'd done the leg while vetting.

Knee felt good after course. Sore again now after control collection and cooling down.

Morning ride around Glenrock. Already hot/humid. Started out thinking I'd go fast but slowed down at the first decent uphill effort. Luckily got to have a rest helping a couple of kids with a broken derailleur.

Knee only slightly sore in one spot while riding.

Following Alec around short course for Newcastle Night Champs.

Trying to rest my dodgy knee for a week. Hoping it gets better with rest and a physio exercises. Worried it could be time for some more major attention.
