State League at Wallaroo. Voltaren tablets and cream overnight and morning, and lots of stretching this morning. Was able to move more freely but still mostly walking with occasional down hill slow jog. Would think going slow would help nav but start thinking about other stuff, mostly work and get distracted.
Off line a bit going to 3, to high going to 7, too low going to 10 and drifted off side of ridge and turned towards track too early and it took a while to get to it.
