Everyone out at my place so enough time for 2 hour ride. Stacked it heavily after about 20 minutes. Rested and straightened handlebars and brakes for 10 minutes and then pedalled slowly back to the car. Ice on sore foot/ankle now. Few grazes down left side, leg, hip, shoulder but nothing too nasty.
