10 AM

MTBO race 34:07 [4] 10.06 km (3:23 / km) +130m 3:11 / km
ahr:158 max:171

Aus MTBO Champs - Sprint. 4th about 2 minutes behind 1st. Poor route choices for 9 and 13, lost total of about 1:30. Poor execution of route to 12 and lost about another 1:00. Winner made same route choice to 9.
2 PM

MTBO race 1:01:07 [5] 15.25 km (4:00 / km) +359m 3:35 / km
ahr:160 max:174

Aus MTBO Champs - Middle. 3rd 3:37 behind 1st. No errors, 2 poor route choices, each cost 1:30-2:00 minutes, one I'd do differently the other I'd probably do the same again and both those ahead of me choose the same route.

Navigation practice. Middle course from 2015 NSW Champs. Nearly 10 minutes slower than time in race. Quite a few extra tracks not on map.

Stick went through tread and out sidewall of rear tire. Surprisingly sealed enough to finish and get back to the car.
