Lap of Glenrock. Drier than reported after last nights rain. Only one or two puddles, water had washed some of the loose stuff and leaf matter off the track, and already back to dusty in a lost of places.

Lap of Glenrock. Legs still feeling tired but maybe all the manual labour at home is contributing to that. Sun was out, surfers getting some good waves and a couple of whales cruising past not far from shore, no motivation to go home and work.
