Pelaw Main/Kurri. Went west assuming it would be drier than the coast, it was. Exploring tracks just in case things change for Aus MTBO Champs Not hopeful though.

Met a stick after about an hour that decided to jump in my front wheel. Went over the bars. Bike has bent spoke and annoying wobble in the front wheel. Brake lever needed to be moved back to the right place. Everything else seems ok. Body saw stars for a short while, has grazes on face, arm and knee, the arm one will be sore, left knee a bit sore, must have twisted it, left little finger is very sore and now swelling and bruising.

Had a rest, drink, eat and brushed off what dirt and sand I could. Started to ride back to the car but after 10 minutes felt mostly ok and confidence was back so kept riding for another hour.
