Orienteering race (Jwoc Relay Poland) 30:29 [5] 5.5 km (5:33 / km) +120m 5:00 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

1st leg, running to the first control was like a fight. Ran my own route and that went ok, came about 6th to he first control without really pushing. Was stubborn again towards the 2nd, taking a completely different route. Lost 40" and I was last at the 2nd control, just seeing the japanese running in front of me. Rest of the course was good but had to do it on my own, the last controls I ran together with Tristan and the Finnish World Middle Champ, who messed up too.

Orienteering race (Jwoc Middle F Poland) 29:40 [3] 4.02 km (7:23 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

I knew beforehand I had to run the first leg of the relay and because I was so disppointed from yesterday's race, I decided to take it easy and focus on a flawless run. 1' loss at the 4th cntrl. At the 7th a Spanish guy who started 3' behind me, caught me. He was running a lot faster but made mistakes all the time. At the 10th he decided to just run behind me :)
Really enjoyed the race.

Orienteering warm up/down (Warm up map) 25:00 [2]
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

Completely taped in both of my ankles and could resist the pain.

Orienteering race (Jwoc Middle Q Poland) 23:54 [5] 3.8 km (6:17 / km) +120m 5:26 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

So motivated fo this race, but lost 25" to the 3th control, I was running a bit too high and couldn't see the control trough the bushes. But to the 4th I screwed up badly, I lost about 1'20". Afterwards I did a perfect race but could not manage to make up my mistakes. Ended up 1' from top 20. Big disappointment.

Orienteering warm up/down 15:00 [2]
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 2

Warm up map before the start

Orienteering race (Jwoc Long Poland) 1:44:51 [4] 11.1 km (9:27 / km) +410m 7:58 / km
shoes: Salomon Speedcross 2

Mistake to the 3th, just ran passed the control but didn't see the cliff so I ran further thinking it was a womens control. Stupid because from where I came, it was more looking like a pit than a cliff. Really ba routechoice to the 5th, running around way too far, and didn't have strong feeling either. The next short controls went good but on the downhill on the long leg towards the butterfly I twisted my ankle badly. Stood some minutes at the drinking control, it went a bit better and as I was almost at the farest point of the course, I continued it jogging instead of giving up.

Orienteering (Jwoc Sprint Poland) 17:33 [5] 2.9 km (6:03 / km) +35m 5:42 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

Nice sprint but maybe a bit too easy.
Some small hesitations in the beginning and lost about 25" at control 20, lost my concentration for a second and took a wrong alley. Every second counts in a world champ.
