Throwing up all night, and again without a reason.
Doctor thinks I've got a stomach-infection, if it's not better next week I need to go to the hospital for a gastrocopy.
Worst thing about this, is the fact that my season is over.
No national champs anymore, only some weeks of rest and afterwards building up again for hopefully a season with less problems and bad luck.
First big test/appointment will probably be the Sylvester and Karrim'Hoc.

Similar terrain to Pijnven, very fast, lots of paths and small relief, a bit greener in some parts.
About 2' mistake in total. (Few minor mistakes)
Pretty satisfied, stable run, I could keep up my speed till the end.
Pity that there were so many roads.

Jec relay, I was put in the 3rd team (combination team).
And because I was 2nd runner I didn't run full speed.

Started not too fast, which I did 2 weeks ago.
Could keep the speed up all the way, taped in my ankle and I didn't feel anything. Some small mistakes 4 (10") , 6 (15"), 7 (10"), 10 (20"), 11 (20")
Toon made some small mistakes as well, this time I could beat him with only 20".

In the afternoon with had some kind of family reunion (110 people)
We had planned to do a MTB-tour.
Eventually only me, my dad and my uncle did the tour cauz those pussies didn't wanted to ride in the rain. ;)
Downside: my dad and uncly kept up quiet a high pace :)
Heidehuizen - Bel - Lissenvijver, are some forests I recognized.

Wanted to do a 90' training, but felt my ankle immediately.
I'm sure it would have been ok for sunday if it was a common map, but it can cause problems at the demanding terrain of Mazy.

Ready for revenge

Orienteering 44:17 [5] 5.5 km (8:03 / km) +180m 6:55 / km

Started fast, my first ctrl was a bit further then the rest of the pack, but caught them again at ctrl 4. At ctrl 7, the course was forked and Toon didn't find his immediately. Then I was alone in the lead but at control 12 I made a huge mistake. (Pretty sure the map was totally wrong, discussed with some people who had the same problem) After 2-3' Toon arrived and we were still looking for 2-3'. Then control 13 we missed again 3' because we left at the wrong place at ctrl 12, so we went wrong to the 13th as well.
Then we did the rest of the course together without mistakes.
Happy with my speed, and I'm remotivated again. I think we still have some interesting battles left.
