First time ever I'm doing track intervals.
2x 4x 200m against 32" - 34" + 1000m (3'19")
Still hate the track but time passed quite fast with the others. Glad I could accompany Desmond and the others from the athletics club.

Easy session for them but a tough one for me after the inactivity.

Very easy breathing but groins and calves extremely sore from not doing any running for 3weeks. Ankle seems fine as long as the road is good.

Whole left leg and especially ankle very sore but not really painful. Will try to combine both running and cycling the next week, otherwise I will get a lot of compensating pain in knee/achilles.

Cycling in the evening with Meri. Bike isn't that good for cycling and there was a tough wind as well so it was not as easy as planned.

Planned the courses for today's race in Prilep. Easy map but I tried to make it interesting for M21/20 and as easy as possible for some real beginners. Around 90 competitors which is not bad and there is quite some potential. Afterwards long meeting with the federation about the future of orienteering.
BIG potential but a long way to go.

(Legs are smashed from the gym yesterday, it's good I can start training them again.)

Injury is worse than I initially thought. Front ligament is torn apart, no walking for 3-4weeks, doctor couldn't promise anything for running but it could take up to 6-7weeks.

Quite big misses on 1 and 2, then a great race untill my ankle ligament snapped on the way from 10 to 11. Continued on 1.5 leg but it was kind of useless. Split times showed a clear qualification until 10th control. Bummer
