Not the best feeling, but OK after 3 weeks of rest/ilness.
I stopped taking antibiotics yesterday, so It was still easy today, rest day tomorrow and easy long run on friday with school. (sponsortocht, 14km)
Afterwards I will train again as never before. ;)

Easy sprint, so no mistakes, but the feeling was even worse than yesterday

Nice map ánd course this time.
The feeling was already a lot better.
Some small mistakes (1')
During the race I was hoping on a selection again but at the last control,
Yannick catched me up.
So no selection, but I think I can say I would have been in the team for sure if I wasn't ill. Really down for the moment, no trainings for a few weeks, and I will try to aim for the national champs and JEC.

I still felt bad, I started easy and I planned to speed up during the race, but soon I felt I was to weak to run a nice speed.
I think it was too easy for a selection race. (ran most of the time on the roads :s)
About 3-4' mistakes.
3' out of the selections, It was still possible to get selected

Very painfull legs of yesterday's exercises. My dad said I had to go for a short recovery run, but my mom said I had to stay inside caus I'm still really sick. So took a short run, just to get the feeling back.

1st part: bad feeling, no mistakes
2nd part: good feeling, mistakes (3')

Sad that I made these mistakes because I think the course was not really challenging...
Not unhappy with my result but I could have done a lot better.
