Weird feeling in my knee but not painfull, there is something wrong and if I still have this feeling in a few days I will visit the kiné again.

No pain at my achilles, but felt heavy pain in my knee afterwards.
Have to see how it evolves tomorrow, hopefully not another period of inactivity...

Afterwards still 10' fun: trying to swim as far as you can get without breathing. (Reached the other side of the swimming pool, 25m)

Have done a lot of strength and stabilisation exercises the last 2weeks but not going to fill them in.
Still 2 exams to go, this friday and next tuesday, start running again tomorrow. Hopefully without any pain.

Went to the kiné yesterday, he confirms that the injury was indeed probably because of the inovs. If you're not used to low heel shoes they can cause problems in long term. So I can run competitions with them, but I should do my long trainings in the forest with the Salomons.
Btw, I have to take 2weeks of rest, but I've already rested for about 8days or so. I think my first run will be in the weekend again, or maybe on monday, depends on the feeling I have the following days. (still feeling some pain)

My achilles is still a bit painfull, tomorrow i'll be training again. Hopefully I got this pain because I always did my 1h+ trainings in the forest with my Inovs.
Bought the Salomon Speedcross gtx, with a thicker sole and more damping.
Hopefully this will solve the problem.

Heavy running in the fields, due to the rain. Tried to run as much trough the mud in 3boomkens as well.
They keep on logging in 3boomkens and afterwards they clean the ground, which is a good thing because the green forest gets a better runnability.
I hope to map the terrain this year.

Painfull ribs but possible to do easy runs.
The coming 10days I still want to finish 6-7 long easy runs. Then my exams start and I hope to do 2-3 trainings a week, mostly short, intensive trainings due to lack of time.

Fell with my bike in the forest, lost control and smashed with my chest against my handlebar. Couldn't get air for some moments.
At this moment (tuesday), it still hurts too much while running. It's getting better, maybe tomorrow an easy run, but it will still take some days for a decent run I think.
