Sometimes on the muddy roads in 3boomkens, when the surface in the forest was too tough for my ankle. Really enjoyed my first real run.

First 30' with my dad, kept the same speed due to tiredness.
He is still recovering from an injury but he might run the Antwerp Marathon in April, would be great to have a buddy for the long slow runs.

First time in the forest! 2laps at Boshuisje.
1st: 32'56" (5'59") jogging around with my dad, ankle seemed normal.
2nd: 29'53" (5'25") alone, started raining like hell, ankle felt a bit sore.
Pretty satisfied, decent feeling, you could call it the first real training of the year.

Lots of couching, irritating ankle/achilles.
Had lots of clothes on so my body could sweat out all of the bacteria. Still 1week of antibiotics.
