Bad feeling due to wrong shoes, lack of sleep, lack of decent food but just felt in the mood for a run so I went out.

Most of the time in the snow which was quite hard because I was doing it with normal running shoes.

After 12hours in the library, a jog with Glenn, including 5 intervals on the stairs.

Easy jog with housemate, did some faster parts on my own because I was getting cold.

Didn't really feel like an easy run due to lack of sleep.

First run with an housemate, I said he could define the speed but after about 1k he started walking. :)
So it was more or less a walk-jog session. In the middle I did 2k extra including an interval on the stairs.
