Running warm up/down 12:30 [1] 2.0 km (6:15 / km)

Concentrated before the start, this needed to be thé day.

Orienteering race 34:19 [5] 6.2 km (5:32 / km)

6.2km --> 7km

I had a good feeling today, I went very deep, and I'm glad that I can end the 5days and 2009 with a good result.
ctrl 3: 10"
ctrl 6: 15"
ctrl 12: 10"
And that's it. In the end my speed was falling down a bit because I was so tired.

Best wishes for everybody in 2010 !

Running 6:50 [1] 1.0 km (6:50 / km)

fed up

Tuesday Dec 29, 2009 #

Running 23:54 [2] 4.0 km (5:59 / km)

With my dad.
We wanted to do more but we ran out of time.

Monday Dec 28, 2009 #

Running warm up/down 5:30 [2] 1.0 km (5:30 / km)

I got right on time at the start :)

Orienteering race 40:43 [4] 6.6 km (6:10 / km)

6.6km --> 7.5km

The first 12ctrls I took it pretty easy, just because I had not a good feeling.
Then I saw Marc Meeuwsen running in front of me, from then I ran on top speed and picked up some other people. Actually I made more mistakes when I was taking it easy, lack of concentration probably.
1'30" before ctrl 12 = (easy part = 20'33")
40" after ctrl 12 = (fast part = 20'10")

Tomorrow I'm going to do an easy training and on wednesday I'm gonna run on top speed again. (hopefully without mistakes)
