Running warm up/down 11:45 [1] 2.0 km (5:53 / km)
Orienteering 55:47 [4] 7.9 km (7:04 / km)
Started good with a nice speed, but made my first mistake @ctrl 7 (+1')
But at ctrl 11, it goes completely wrong, I just missed the control and got lost. (+3'). I punched it together with F. Jacobs (started 2' behind me). I lost my concentration and motivation so I just followed him, including all the small mistakes he made. But at control 23, I couldn't find François nor the control. (+3'30")
A race to forget, although I had fun in the forest with this nice course!

Easy run together with my dad. He took some shortcuts so I ran against 4'30" for about 15' in total, to catch up with him again every time.

Today, the winner of the 2 previous stages, started 2' behind me.
The first controls went not really fluently, but without big misses. I already saw him coming at the 4th control. I got stuck in the green on my way to the 7th. Till the 9th, we always took other routechoices but I always saw him punching some seconds before me. Then I lost him, but suddenly at ctrl 11, I was before him again because he went around the green. From control 12 till the finish I 'just' followed him. (Damn, he ran fast!)
