Running warm up/down (1th stage O-ringen) 16:00 [2] 3.1 km (5:10 / km)

Orienteering race (Long Kilsbergen) 1:32:37 [4] **** 7.7 km (12:02 / km) +250m 10:21 / km

Had a very nice feeling till the 6th ctrl but really screwed up at the 7th and 8th.
I was always turning around in the circle, and re-attacked those controls for many times but I couldn't see it. Lost about half an hour on 2 controls!

Today we travelled from Alesund to Nannestad, to Eskil Kinneberg.
In the evening we did a small training.
After 6h of driving you already see a big diiference.
Way less height than in Alesund, it looks more like Sweden...
