Ran easy, without a compass mostly on the red line (except for the green ctrls). No mistakes but it was quite hard to keep running straight and the feeling was awfull too. No worries, this week's restdays will give me a good feeling again by next weekend.

Already sore throat and a cold for a few days, have rested 2 days now and feeling way better, still about 4days hard training and then resting for JWOC selections next weekend.
Starting to push up again.

Still a bit weak feeling so waited till the very end to go to the start

Because of yesterdays weird incident, I decided to run easy today but still 100% focused. Today it was very bad weather, the ground was way harder to run and the rocks were really slippery. Only about 3' mistakes on this long course, still reasonable result because I think lots of people couldn't keep their speed/concentration/motivation on this hard stage, maybe my choice of jogging was the right thing to do. Joy was my only motivation today, awesome terrain.

Result: 26/54
Superconcentrated, race went perfect, felt like I could handle the map perfectly but suddenly towards ctrl 11 I felt really dizzy and had to lay down for a while, walked/jogged the rest of the course unconcentrated. Very disappointed because was I was still in top 10 after 20'.
