Event: HOCup 2011

Ran very easy in the beginning, no real mistakes only small hesitations.
Speeded up a bit but still not topspeed because that was almost impossible, or at least very risky. Lost 1' to control 10 but afterwards it went pretty ok again. Lots of small mistakes, in total 2 - 3' but still very happy because I won today! The fact that the terrain was way more technical than yesterday is one thing, but I was hyperfocused too, really don't know why I wasn't on the other courses but ok, I'm selected and my concentration - issue is something I have to deal with later.

Edit: Julien Linten told me I had 29' at the finish, today when I look to the results I became 2nd with 30'21", only 4" behind Toon. Didn't have a watch with me so I can't check it. Pity that Julien/emit was wrong cauz I wanted this victory :D but still, I'm selected so never mind...

Already 1' mistake to the 1st ctrl, uphill towards ctrl 3 and 4 went bad physically. Lost 2'16" on Yannick and didn't even reach top 10.

Long Distance race was nicer then I expected. But for some reason I wasn't fully focussed. Lost 2-3' minutes till about half the race, but to control 13 I lost at least 3' at once. Was keeping height on a steep slope but came out too high and kept running, pity because you could see the control from 100m but just didn't look down. Felt physically good and confident at the last 2 kilometres on the steep slopes. Lost in total about 5', in the end I was 9' behind Yannick and took the 3rd spot, 4-5th position in total.
