Not getting any worse, feeling better already, maybe just a small depression of 2days, hopefully I will start training again tmrw.

Sore throat and painfull achilles, taking 2days off, to make sure I will be 100% again and not ruin the good feeling I had the past few days.

Apparently I was way too late and the start was already gone. Fast warm up, did course 1 without Emit.
+ 22' easy cycling to the CC

Plan was to do the even full and the uneven controls easy, instead I did the short legs easy, and the longer ones fast, except for 21, the worst leg ever. Didn't touch the controls but always came up to 5 - 10m, skipped control 15 because it was ridiculous too.
