Warm up for the 10miles of Antwerp.
Already cycled 30k next to my dad in his marathon.
Pretty stressed to get to the start in time.

Bad legs all the time but I felt good physically. Started to push hard after 45' but that was a bit too early, after the last climb I was totally ruined.

At the end of the trainingscamp my knees started to hurt badly, it's getting better but taking no risks so easy week ahead. Busy times in school as well...
