Since this is actually the most crucial period of the year I'm going to cycle all week, to be ready (pain-free) for the 3days and jwoc.

Desmond started 1' before me, I made up 30-40" on only 4controls but soon I felt I had the worst legs in weeks, I kept pushing as hard as I could but I never came closer, after a small hesitation of Desmond we finally got together and he forced me to take the lead. Suffering all the way till the end, speed was disastrous. Bit too much endurance training the last few days? First heat in weeks? Not sure but I am still full of confidence though for the next weeks.
