Orienteering 59:35 [5] 5.4 km (11:02 / km) +360m 8:17 / km

10' mistake on 1 control, 7' behind winner, good feeling.
No sleep because of epic partying but didn't bother me.

Orienteering 40:20 [3] 3.0 km (13:27 / km) +195m 10:09 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212.2

Had 3 slices of bread for breakfast, still felt soooo weak, jogged downhill, walked the rest of the course. Luckily we started higher than we finished.
No mistakes, 6'30" behind winner.

Note
(rest day)

Had to vomit after breakfast, in bed all day, didn't eat anything.

Orienteering 18:17 [3] 2.5 km (7:19 / km) +60m 6:32 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Road-X 233

Sprint, bad course imo, 90% should have been disqualified, always the same shit with sprint. I always ran around the walls, olive green etc because I didn't really care about the race.
50" behind winner

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2] 2.0 km (7:30 / km) +100m 6:00 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212.2

Orienteering 35:01 [5] 4.6 km (7:37 / km) +270m 5:53 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212.2

Best shape ever and one of my best technical races so far.
Very difficult terrain but I always managed to spike the controls, only lost 20" to control 9. After jwoc I started doubting if I could ever make a clean race, this is definitely one of them. If I could only do this 1 week earlier...
Time/km also way faster then the elites whom had a completely similar race.

Orienteering race 30:57 [4] 3.5 km (8:51 / km) +240m 6:35 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Road-X 233

Kopaonik Open 2012 (Serbia)

Didn't push but 100% focus to get some confidence. In the beginning I lost some seconds on the uphills but the others lost a lot more time on the technical parts. Also feeling the altitude (1700m)
Lost 50" in the end due to a parallel error, happy about my race, major improvement against last week. About 5'30" ahead I guess.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]
