Short warm up.

Orienteering race (Belgian Champs Relay) 44:18 [5] 7.4 km (5:59 / km) +225m 5:12 / km

Good flow at the start and gone with the lead, but after this I got all the longer forkings and never saw the first again. In the 2nd part I lost 1'30" and my motivation was gone. Didn't have a great feeling either, probably because of the illness. The only guy with this long course, all the others ranged from 6.9 to 7.3. Except for one forking (1st) I always had the longest.

2 intervals in the hilly zone (1.2k); 1st 4'43" 2nd 4'20". Hard to keep a steady pace in between and after. Bad feeling but very few coughing afterwards.
