Should have been great training in tough terrain but I had a complete offday.
Fell hard on my knee in the beginning, never found a good rythm again and couldn't focus anymore. Painfull now, we will see tomorrow.

Decided to make a difference from this year between road running and trail running. Trail means paths which require Salomon or orienteering shoes instead of road shoes.
