Sleeping till 1pm and then went on a short jog to wake up and to prepare the legs for tonight after 2days of skipping trainings.

Should have been great training in tough terrain but I had a complete offday.
Fell hard on my knee in the beginning, never found a good rythm again and couldn't focus anymore. Painfull now, we will see tomorrow.

Easy week, tomorrow whole day at university so probably no time in the evening. Picking up training again on saturday.
