Last night about 15cm of snow fell and after that it was raining the whole night so everything was a big mess, ran one lap in the park but the track was like a pool full of freezing water. Then I decided to run up to the monastery and the road was constantly like a river, then the small part above the monastery was still completely snow so that was great. I had never been there before though and the downhill was very steep and I couldn't find a track. After some time I followed traces of an animal which led me down.

Note

Having pain in my throat for weeks now which is causing me to cough. Luckily my lungs are completely fine. 5 days of antibiotics but I can keep on training easily.

5' warm up

2x 5' against 14km/h and 1x 3' against 12km/h with 6% incline. I wanted to do 10x 1' interval but the max of the treadmill was 14km/h which was quite disappointing.

First hour was very familiar but then it was a completely new track for me. Very technical downhill with thousands of curves! Lost track once for few 100meters.
