Injury is worse than I initially thought. Front ligament is torn apart, no walking for 3-4weeks, doctor couldn't promise anything for running but it could take up to 6-7weeks.

Quite big misses on 1 and 2, then a great race untill my ankle ligament snapped on the way from 10 to 11. Continued on 1.5 leg but it was kind of useless. Split times showed a clear qualification until 10th control. Bummer

Warm up, no cool down obviously.
