Result: 22nd/71 +8'47"

From the start my legs felt very heavy and I also missed an orienteering routine in the beginning with small hesitations as a consequence. Tried to push through the heavy legs but after halfway it just got worse and worse. It might be from all the cycling in the previous days. I was hoping to sort of keep my pace but in the last 10-15' I had to slow down a lot. Lost about 2' in the last part on the guys around me. Not happy with this result, but not very disappointed either. Just glad to (sort of) compete again. I already came a long way compared to half a year ago, but there is still a long way to go.

Rain and mountains, nothing more I need for a perfect day. Good effort but had quite some resting time on slippery bare rocks so it was more like an interval training at some moments.

Didn't see anyone at all because Macedonians don't come out of the house if there is more than 1% chance of rain.
