feeling better today :) YEAH! left groin strain and iliopsoas muscle pain improving. Nice having a doctor in-house (wife), osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) baby, love it !!!!
I'm going to stop lifting weights right after running on Tuesday's and Friday mornings once my schedule allows me to. Feel like i'm in a cross-fit competition each time , running 10+ miles each of these days then trying to weight train NO BUENO :(
